Japanese robata, infinity pool and beach club
ROKA, the Japanese robata restaurant born in London, opened on the island in summer 2026 at Fouquet's Mykonos, the new Barrière hotel on Paraga beach.
The day moves between an infinity pool above the sea, with sunbeds, floating beds and private cabanas, and the beach beds on the sand below, with DJ sets and ROKA's food and drinks served all day. At the centre is the restaurant: robatayaki from the charcoal grill, sushi and sashimi, on a terrace open to the Aegean for lunch and for dinner at sunset.
