Villa Waterfall is brand new waterfront property in Aleomandra with amazingunobstructed sea views, built at the edge of a rocky shore, right above the Aegeanwaters. It expands on 3 levels and features 6 en suite double bedrooms (out of which the 2 aremasters), an additional en suite staff room (staff-in-house), 7 bathrooms and 2 openplan kitchens and may comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa is elegantly furnished and decorated with warm, welcoming colors and boastsmultiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a private infinity pool (heated uponrequest), an outdoor Jacuzzi and an outdoor fireplace (fire pit) which creates theperfect focal point from which guests may enjoy the astounding sea views. Last but not least, below the villa’s main terrace, at only two-minutes’ walk, there is asmall isolated sandy beach which guests may freely visit.
