Sapphō opened in summer 2026 at the Old Port of Mykonos Town, in the former Remezzo, the address where the island's jet set has met since 1967. Several terraces over the sea, intimate rooms inside and bars that stay open late.
The menu is contemporary Mediterranean, made for sharing: yellowtail carpaccio, sea bass with sea urchin, rigatoni with caviar, Greek wines next to international labels. Later in the night a discreet club opens inside, with DJs who are never announced in advance.
