Belvedere Hotel, Mykonos Town
Nobu's New Style Japanese, in the open air
Matsuhisa Mykonos opened in 2003 at the Belvedere Hotel, on the edge of Mykonos Town: the first open-air Matsuhisa in the world, with tables around the pool, under lanterns and bougainvillea, and views over the town and the Aegean.
Nobu Matsuhisa opened his first restaurant in Peru in 1972, and his New Style Japanese cooking still carries those South American notes: yellowtail jalapeño, rock shrimp salad, white fish dry miso, sashimi salad. Daily specials bring Greek fish and seafood straight from the Aegean, and the chef himself returns for the yearly Nobu Food Festival.
Open for dinner from late May to early September, back in 2027: tell us your dates, we request your table.
